  • Crazy Pita reserves the right to determine additional capital raise amounts as necessary to support business growth and expansion.

Use of Proceeds:

  • Funds raised through this offering will be primarily allocated towards:

  • Expanding the number of Crazy Pita locations.

  • Enhancing marketing and advertising efforts to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Investing in operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

  • Covering general corporate expenses and working capital needs.
